VALLECITO ROAD

This project initiated from the need to attain a two-car parking garage.  However, as the design process unfolded it expanded to include a face lift to the residence's front elevation, removing the semi-circular driveway (not allowed per local code), creating a more streamlined entry sequence, and adding and/or revising some design quirks that had accumulated over the years.  These include ensuring each bed room has a functional and appropriately sized closet, attaining a master bedroom, and giving said master a dedicated and enlarged master bath.

This project is currently going through the City design review process.
